The Challenge:

Our client was the leading software vendor in the web design space selling software through a variety of channels including its online store and affiliate partners. The company wanted to increase revenues from this affiliate channel and gain more control of the channel by switching vendors.

The Solution:

Vision & Execution served as the acting Program Manager for Affiliate Partners to manage migration to the new affiliate aggregator vendor. In addition, Vision & Execution designed the go-to-market plan for rolling out a robust affiliate marketing program designed to grow the overall revenues from this channel doubled.

The Benefits:

Approximately 7 weeks after going live with the new Affiliate Marketing vendor the program began to exceed business case projections. Within 3 months the new program had achieved 82% of the affiliates that the old program had taken two years to acquire. New affiliate partners through the new vendor were generating 83% of revenues.
